It is a popular accommodation for families as it offers a safe environment for children and opportunities to make friends. -Exterior: Casa Lucia is semi-detached with a lawned garden and a front terrace with awning. Furnished with a set of wooden terrace furniture and 2 sun loungers. The kitchen leads to a sheltered patio furnished with 2 outdoor sofas. Enjoy the views of the area from the 1st floor balcony, furnished with a set of folding chairs and a small table, with access from the master bedroom. The roof terrace is equipped with 2 sun loungers and offers magnificent views. -Interior: Casa Lucia has new furnishings in light colours. The walls are decorated with photographic pictures showing the beaches and coastline of the area. Ground floor: Living room with 2 sofas, smart-TV, dining area and stairs to the 1st floor. Separate fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, washing machine and breakfast area. Kitchen utensils are all new and of the best quality. Guest toilet. First floor: Master bedroom with 160 cm double bed, balcony and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The other 2 bedrooms are doubles and share a bathroom with bathtub. Air conditioning combined with heating in the living room and the 3 bedrooms. Parking in the communal garage included in the price. Long-term rentals in winter: From November to March there is a monthly rate for long term winter rentals (>60 days). -Pets are not allowed.

Residencial Playa Fontanilla is an exclusive villa area on the west of Conilat only 5 minutes walk to the beautiful beach Playa Fontanilla. There are supermarkets in walking distance, and a 15 minutes stroll takes you to the old center of Conil. Formed by approx. 50 terraced houses, the residential complex has a large, fenced in swimming pool. The communal and private gardens are lush with mature, blossoming vegetation. Playa Fontanilla is a popular accommodation for families, offering a secure environment for children and possibilities to make friends.
