Beautiful penthouse in front of the sea, in Las Galletas, Arona. Located on the seafront avenue, a few steps from the beach, where you can breathe a summer atmosphere all year round. Bright, with capacity for 3 people, a large terrace that borders the entire property and fibre Wifi Internet designed for teleworking, this flat has all the ingredients for a unique holiday in Tenerife. It is unique as it is one of the few apartments with lift and parking in the area. It is ideal for families and business trips as it can accommodate up to 3 people, with one bedroom, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room and a terrace that borders the entire house. With stunning views of the sea and the city, you can enjoy dreamlike sunsets. The flat is located on the seafront avenue, in a quiet fishing village, surrounded by restaurants and bathing areas. Ideal for water sports lovers. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a nice living room, a large terrace where you can have breakfast or relax, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, television, Wifi fibre internet, sheets and shower towels, travel cot and high chair.

Neighbourhood information

When you visit the beach of Las Galletas, you are fully immersed in the customs and daily chores of the small fishing village that gives it its name. A mixture of black sand and pebbles, the beach is full of small boats that anchor in its waters and give it an idyllic image. Located about 15 kilometres from the tourist centres of Playa de los Cristianos, Las Galletas is a bathing area with a very local atmosphere, where you can see fishermen fishing near the jetty and buy fresh fish at the fish market. If water sports are your thing, the beach has a charming marina where you can practice all kinds of water sports. After a good swim, you can enjoy the wide variety of fish and seafood in the restaurants in the area. The beach is easy to reach by car from the southern motorway, via various detours such as the Guaza mountain detour or the one near the southern airport.
