INTEMPO RESIDENTIAL SKY RESORT & SPA ***** Spectacular luxury apartment 75m2( Apartment )+23m2( Terrace ) total 98m2 with 2 bedrooms for 4 people. in the best area to live on Poniente beach in Benidorm, located in an emblematic building of the city overlooking the sea and mountains. Fully furnished and equipped with interior designers. The apartment also has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, an open kitchen, a utility room and a living room. A separate and modern kitchen (fully equipped) with many details that make it a unique opportunity to live in an exceptional property. The spacious and cosy living room with integrated dining room is completely outdoor with panoramic views of the beach and Benidorm Island. The living room is very spacious and, thanks to its orientation, has a lot of sun during the day. All bedrooms are oriented to the exterior and there is also a large terrace of 23 m2, which can also be used as a sun terrace and dining room with seating.
