This ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is in a gated secured residential community. This is a no smoking Apartment and Pets are not allowed. There is a communal Pool with a grass area for children to play. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated with high quality furniture, right through. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine dish washer, cooker, microwave etc. It is air conditioned with warm air for Winter season. There is a wide screen smart TV with English channels and You Tube. Free WIFI giving you access to internet. There are two bathrooms one a shower and the other bath and shower. The lift to the Solarium is right in front of the apartment. There is a fully equipped gym with sauna to ensure that you don't miss your fitness routine. For the golfers, there are various golf courses around the apartment less than 10 minute's drive.
If shopping is your thing, then La Zenia boulevard an American style Mall, is just a few minutes’ drive away. There are various beaches, Water Parks, wine Bars and Restaurants you could visit, some are within walking distance and others are a few minutes’ drive. Finally, if you are into fiesta then you have come to the right region. If you visit during the fiesta season, you would have the opportunity to Participate in various community celebrations.
