Splendid fully air-conditioned apartment located on the 1st floor of a luxurious residence with bright and spacious living areas with direct access to the 45 m2 terrace with frontal sea view and and equipped with barbecue. The apartment consists of a fully equipped open kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, a shower room and a bathroom (whirlpool). You will have an indoor parking space with elevator access to the apartment. TV channels in French, German and Spanish, BOSE Bluetooth speaker and Apple TV available.
