We offer for rent a luxury apartment 100 meters from the sandy beach in the Costa Blanca, La Mata. The apartment is located next to the magnificent park with the Molino del Aqua Park waterfalls and the Salinas de La Mata Nature Reserve. The apartment has got 2 double bedrooms (1 extra bed), living room with kitchenette, bathroom, balcony with sea view. Facilities: air conditioning, ceiling fans, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave oven with grill, refrigerator, TV, Wifi, cot, bed linen, towels, 2 beach chairs, parasol. A communal pool is available during the summer months. Near the apartment there are many restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, medical center. The apartment will be forwarded to you by an English speaking person.
Our son Tomas lives in La Mata and will take care of your peaceful and pleasant stay in Spain.
La Mata is a small seaside resort with many restaurants, cafes, shops, a beautiful promenade along the sea. La Mata offers a long sandy beach with gradual entry into the sea at the end of which are sand dunes. Markets take place every Wednesday. The Salinas de La Mata Nature Reserve with beautiful sunsets is within walking distance. La Mata is connected to the large city of Torrevieja, which lives a busy night and day life. There is a regular bus service between La Mata and Torrevieja. The Mediterranean atmosphere is enhanced by the pleasant climate and up to 300 sunny days a year are guaranteed. You can enjoy swimming in the Mediterranean from April to October. The average daily temperature is around 20 degrees Celsius. Summers are not extremely hot and winters are very mild. The local climate is one of the warmest in all of Spain.
