Newly renovated (December 2018) 1 bedroom cosy and comfortable apartment, with stunning views of the landscape of Fuerteventura. Perfect for anyone who wants to experience El Cotillo beaches, with everything you need within walking distance. Located within 300m of the nearest beach, bars, lovely restaurants, supermarkets and all amenities. Easy parking in front of house. There is a kitchen with cooking facilities. There is also a washing machine and ironing facilities. A shower room with shampoo, etc. plus hair dryer. The apartment is on a first floor accessed through stairs only. The double bed has a good quality new mattress. The apartment is very comfortable, and a peaceful place to hang out in, summer or winter. The kitchen has a sink (instant hot water) fridge, four plate hob, microwave, small freezer, toaster, kettle & coffee maker (Nescafé Dolce Gusto). The shower room has a large shower column with rainhead, wc, sink, towels, shampoo & shower gel. There is a ceiling fan in the living room, actioned by a remote control.
The street where the apartment is situated has free parking just outside our gate which is most of the time available for guests. There is a bus stop within 200m, perfect for guests that do not have a car although we do recommend to rent one if you want to enjoy the island.
