We are a family company working for over 19 years in holiday rentals at the Costa Blanca. It´s very important to us to offer our customers a personal and individual service. On the day of your arrival we will welcome you in our office which is located close to our villas. There, you will receive the coordinates as well as a short description of the villa you have rented, thus you are only a few minutes away to start your relaxing holidays.

Lovely romantic holiday home, modern interior design, offering all facilities, with private pool, silent area, unique very well maintained mediterranean garden. The living area is about 175 m2. The villa has been completely renovated a couple years ago and offers an idyllic place, where you will feel very comfortable to spend a completely relaxing holiday! The main entrance leads you to a little hall, where you have access to the pool terrace and to the living area (everything on one level): living room with views to the pool and exit to the lovely Naya with special ambiente, idyllic silence and views to the garden; a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and little storage room with washing machine. During the coolest months, using the heating is optional. If you want to use it, you must pay on departure day upon consumption.

Villa „La Lagarta“ is located in a quiet, green area (Moravit) between Calpe and Moraira nearby the coast. The next supermarket is at about 450 m distance. The nearest beach is at 10 minutes walk, the area offers restaurants and bars (day and night in the summer). You will find a little shopping centre as well as restaurants and bars at approx. 1.2 km distance. The beach of Moraira is only 2 km (5 minutes drive) away and can be reached by walking in about 25 minutes. Calpe is at about 5 km and can be reached in 10 minutes by car. In Moraira you can go to the beach and/or visit the castle, the port, walk along the promenade and enjoy visiting the beautiful old town where you can also find lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Calpe is very near too. There you can visit the 'Ifach Rock' (nice walk and beautiful views), the lovely Salt Lake where you may be able to watch the flamingos and you can also enjoy the long beautiful promenades and sand beaches. The port area is well known for its restaurants (specialized in rices & seafood).
