CONDITIONS AND RULES Before your arrival, a deposit of 50 euros will be required to cover any possible non-compliance rules of the establishment. As established by the law of tourist accommodations we will charge the tourist tax of 1.50 euros per person per night. The access to the rooms is given according to the number of guests, additional charges will be applied for extra room. In case of using the kitchen and dining room you have to leave the dishes and kitchenware clean and in its place as well as you have to take the garbage with you the last day (extra cleaning charges will be applied otherwise). We offer private parking in the same building for a supplement of 10 euros per night. Parking must be reserved prior to arrival.
