We stayed in the top floor apartment with roof terrace. The apartment is very nice and well equipped. If you come by plane and cannot bring e.g., towels for the beach, iron, hairdryer etc. this is all in the apartment. There is also hair shampoo, soap, toilet paper (for the first days). Parking is underground a few streets away. Very safe. There were some problems with the drain in the shower, but this was fixed after a few hours. Very quickly we think. The apartment is VERY close to (good) restaurants and the (good) beach. We loved the city, which have a local feel to it.

Modern designer two-story apartment with two bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen and a terrace with sea views. Bedrooms: one is next to the living room, the other bedroom is on the second floor. In a quiet city center, near the sea (80 meters). All new. Hot water and heating - from gas (regulated in the apartment). Central air conditioning. Fast free internet, wi-fi, apple-TV. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay and relaxation. Language of communication: Spanish, English, Russian. Nearby are many restaurants and bars, a monastery, a theater. For lovers of outdoor activities: hiking and bicycle paths, climbing along Via Ferrata, walks along the sea. The house was built by us from scratch and completed in November 2019. Modern materials, sound insulation, thermal insulation, dual heating system, central air conditioning, convenient layout and design from a famous Catalan architect. The apartments are named Catalina, in honor of our youngest daughter. There are two apartments in the house; these apartments are located on 3-4 floors. Below are also our apartments, everything is quiet and safe.

Sant Feliu de Guixols is an old Catalan city with preserved monuments, the spirit of ancient times, many beaches and pristine natural places. The whole city center (together with our apartment) is adjacent to the sea, with beautiful promenades, a promenade between green pines and plane trees.
