The second bedroom has two single beds that can be put together into a double bed if desired. The third bedroom has a bunk bed (with adult size) and work space. The second and the third bedroom share a bathroom. The third floor contains a fourth bedroom with private bathroom, including a bath tub and rowing machine. On this floor there is also access to the spacious roof terrace overlooking the ocean.

30 minutes south of Spain's third city, Valencia 15 minutes walk to the center of the village of El Perelló, 10 minutes walk to the center of the village of Las Palmeras. Half an hour drive to the city of Valencia, Spain's third largest city, full of attractions. 35 km from the nearest airport, Valencia. An hour and a half drive from Alicante. The location is within the Albufera National Park with the freshwater lagoon Albufera and the Devesa forest. 10 minutes drive to the famous golf course El Saler (and Parador El Saler).
