The beach is a semi-virgin beach with natural dunes and surrounded by native vegetation, with clear waters and calm waves throughout the year. The urbanization is very wide and spacious, extended in a large area with low houses built on rustic Mediterranean style as well as some houses with modern style, giving the neighborhood a harmonious combination of tradition and modernity. The Pinet is strategically located and with multiple services in the area, while enjoying absolute tranquility in a residential area protected by the Valencian Community that prevents the construction of new buildings and promotes the expansion of the green area across the Costa Blanca. The center of La Marina is only 900 meters away, with numerous shops and stores in the area with everything you need for your stay.
