The place is in the heart of la Lonja and it is in a street without businesses. The building only has two apartments, very little noise, and only 17 steps to reach the 1st floor. The apartment is spacious from one end to the other end of the building. A small balcony in the bedroom and a nice terrace with a table for four people outside the living room.
