Our apartment is on the top floor of a modern block that is always clean and tidy. We offer a king size bed in the Master bedroom and a sofa bed in the 2nd bedroom. Although the terrace faces the large internal open space there are mountain views to the left and right and the terrace does not feel cramped. We provide a barbecue for grilling and there's usually some charcoal left but if not the supermarket is just across the road. We have a parking space in the private, secure underground garage from where there is lift access to the apartment. The TV doesn't have UK channels but there is broadband wifi throughout and and Apple TV so you can stream your own content. Some of the Spanish channels show programmes that can be changed to their original language. There is air conditioning throughout and if you choose to visit in the winter we have a real working fireplace (logs provided at a small charge). We supply all linen and towels and can also leave you some towels for the beach and pool. You are welcome to bring your dog at no extra charge but please let us you will be doing so.

Sonya and I have lived in the apartment for 12 happy years and we now look forward to having guests enjoy spending their holidays here.

There is a great diversity of places to eat and things to do in and around Sabinillas. The immediate area around the apartment has some great cafés and bars/restaurants offering some great value for money. For a busier nightlife; the Port of Duquesa is a 15-20 minute stroll away, but be warned it does get very busy in the summer months and there's often a late night market at the weekends. Prices for food and drink are usually a little higher in the port too. If you have a car there are some great place to visit not too far away - Gibraltar, Tarifa, Estepona (here is an orchid house here that is well worth a visit) and if you're feeling fit there is a river walk/swim at Benahavis. Most towns along the coast are very well serviced by the bus service which is reasonably priced too.
