We have had the most amazing stay at Modern piso and loved everything about our stay. The location is perfect, so close to the beach, and surrounded by beautiful restaurants, supermarkets, shops. The apartment is so clean, modern and has everything we needed for our stay. it’s so quiet at night and the bed is so comfortable, we had the best sleep. This is our favourite place we have stayed. Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality. We will be back!

We cooked at home in a very well appointed kitchen. The unit is new and sparkling clean. it is located on the 5th floor of a building facing a side street, i.e. no great views. There are two elevators (lifts) in the building. However the location is 1 or 2 minute walk to the famous Las Canteras beach, and its 3 km long promenade. Everything you may need is 1-10 minutes walk away. This includes: many supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, shops, bus stations, excursions booking agencies, a small local hospital. The area is safe for people of any age.

This apartment is completely new and everything smells amazing. The host was very kind and helpful. Everything was spotless clean and the bed was very comfy. Wifi is available and well functioning. (Bring your own hairdryer) Location is perfect as it is right on the beach.

Everything. Location is perfect. Appartement is exceptionally equipped and outside the "standard" holiday appartement. On balcony you have a glimpse of see the beautiful promedane and pristine beach at Las Canteras. Building and everything inside the apartment was brand-new. Sergio was extremely helpful even though we booked last minute. Chapeau guys! I will come back soon for sure.

Das Appartement ist wunderschön, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ganz nah vom Strand und von Läden und Restaurants entfernt. Es ist dennoch sehr ruhig.
