Located in Moya, the holiday apartment "Montemar 2" offers guests a fantastic view of the sea. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office work, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot can be provided upon request. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a garden and an outdoor shower. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, a whirlpool, an open terrace and a barbecue, is also available for your use. A parking space is available in a garage and free parking is available on the street. Pets are allowed for an additional fee. There are pets in the immediate vicinity of the property: two cats that occasionally roam the property and a dog that is in a fenced area separate from the apartments. Air conditioning is not available. Parties, smoking inside and having guests over are not allowed. Please note that there are cats roaming around the outside area of the property.
