Luxury first sea line apartment (140m2) offers two large bedrooms with two private bathrooms The apartment is equipped with flat screen TV, laundry room (washmachine & dryer) and full equiped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave etc.). The complex has a 25m heated infinity pool on the roof, a Jacuzzi and a private gym. The large terrace is perfectly south oriented and will offer you a spectacular sea view and beautiful sunsets. The beds are king size and the bed in the second bedroom, can be separated into two single beds upon your request. There’s free high speed WIFI in the apartment. You get free access to the underground private garage of the owner, that offers enough space to store bicycles too. Bedding, bath towels, beach towels, soap, champoo, hairdryer,… are all available. You only need to bring your toothbrush. The perfect place to spend an unforgettable holiday!
Palm-Mar is a very privileged and quiet residential area, ideal for resting. It's located between two protected natural reserves (Malpais de La Rasca) where you can go for a walk and enjoy the natural pools of salt water. An ideal place for vacationers who want to be close to everything, but at the same time seek tranquility. The Palm Mar is just 10 minutes by car from the tourist area Los Cristianos and Las Americas. Tenerife South Airport (Reina Sofia) is 15 minutes away by car.
