One of the best holiday villas we have ever rented. Very high spec, well appointed, bright, spacious and super clean. Even better than the photos, 5-star hotel standard. Stunning view from both inside and outside (big windows). Nice quiet location, easy access to main road, short drive to El Sauzal and major towns. Wouldn't hesitate to book again if visiting Tenerife in the future.

The property was exactly as the pictures, the villa was beautiful with stunning views. As it was a family holiday with a huge age range (6 to 83) the activities (pool, table tennis, darts, billards table etc) and large spacious areas were more than enough to allow us to keep ourselves entertained without being cramped. I couldn’t fault at all!

The Villa in general was incredible. The place where it is, the views, the comfortable bedrooms and beds, how clean the Villa was, the many features the Villa has and the heated swimming pool was a success!

Everything was just great. Fairly priced, large, great bathrooms & beds, quiet neighbourhood, you can walk to two good restaurants (with also great views). Very attentive house manager, that is very fast to respond (which we saw confirmed when there was a small issue that could've happened at any house). The pool heating worked very well (EUR 25/day in June 2022). The house is well-stocked with the basics (coffee, olive oil e.g.), plentiful towels and a whole case with glasses for any drink you can think of. There's also a gated parking spot, but you can just as easily park in front. Definitely recommend staying here!

The villa is every bit as good as the pictures and description show. The downstairs living area is very spacious and the bedrooms / bathrooms upstairs are modern and clean. Four of the bedrooms have outsanding views over the sea as does the main living area. The host maintained excellent communication (via Whatsapp) throughout, met us in person on our arrival and was very quick to respond to any questions or issues that we had. On one particularly windy day where there was some damage to nearby properties we had people arrive to clear up outside very quickly. There are two excellent restaurants nearby that provide great food at a reasonable price. The location is excellent and while we were there we didn't hear any noise from the neighbourhood.

Vi kan kun anbefale villaen, alt var perfekt og over forventning. Vi havde en skøn ferie :) Der var pænt og rent og ejeren/personalet var rigtig søde og hjælpsomme. Villaen ligger med smuk udsigt og gode faciliteter som pool, jacuzzi, sana, træningsrum m.m. Vi vil elske at komme igen :)

tout l’accueil excellent avec la description de tous les systèmes de cette villa très moderne . l’emplacement avec une vue extraordinaire sur l’océan , la décoration très moderne , l’espace très important car nous étions 12 personnes. une villa refaite à neuf avec des matériaux modernes . Bref tout était parfait. Et Charo , en charge de nous accueillir était aux petits soins avec nous.
