What wonderful apartment this is. Fantastic large balcony with clean, comfortable sun loungers and beautiful sweeping sea views. A real sun trap. Large, open living space with a kitchen that has everything you need. Bed was huge and super comfortable. The place was spotlessly clean and perfectly situated, less than ten minutes to the beach with local supermarkets on your doorstep. It really is the perfect base to enjoy Lanzarote great bars and exceptional restaurants. And a special mention for Alejandro who was the perfect host, even arranging a taxi for us back to the airport. 5 star apartment with 5 star service.

The apartment is fairly large, especially for 2 people. It was very clean in our arrival. The apartment is very well equipped. The balcony is large, and has sun from sunrise until the early evening. The sun loungers are very comfortable. 10 mins walk to the old town using front entrance, and about 5 mins walk to the strip, using the rear entrance to the apartment block. Communication with host was also very good.

The space.! The apartment was an enormous one bedroom with a spacious terrace giving the unit a penthouse feel. Lovely quiet location and next door to the bowls club. Five minutes from the strip and the old town. Super bars and restaurants just outside the door. Permanent residents helpful and friendly.

The outside space and view’s of this apartment are Great, The bed is very comfortable within a large bedroom area. Good Wi-Fi, Large TV on pull out bracket is good. Comfy sofa and generally clean all round… The walk to the old town / harbour area is only around 10 minutes which is handy.

Cheapest available for the dates I was looking for, perfect location, 5 minute walk from the strip and beach, lots of restaurants around, the balcony is a suntrap in the mornings and afternoons, place was clean and comfy for when we arrived. If I was to travel back to Lanzarote I’d 100% be re-booking.

Fabulous large balcony overlooking the sea. This was the main reason I booked this apartment and I wasn't disappointed. There is very little traffic noise. The building has a lovely little garden. There are plenty of shops nearby. The kitchen is quite well equipped and the apartment has a small washing machine and ironing facilities.

Loved the location and the lovely view. The apartment was spotless! The hosts were always there to answer any question by text and was great backup. They even ordered us a taxi to get to the airport. The apartment has a boutique feel and lovely little touches like mood lighting we loved it. Netflix too available.
