This beautiful and spacious south-facing duplex is located in the heart of Orihuela Costa in a calm residence with a private olive tree patio, a back yard and solarium, with an access to the communal swimming pool, within a walking distance to La Zenia Boulevard, variety of restaurants and bars! The bungalow has been renovated in June 2023, has 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom and a toilet, a large patio with a garden furniture and a rooftop terrace where you can sunbath in private. Olive Tree Bungalow La Zenia is equipped with everything necessary, at guests' disposal are: a fully equipped kitchen, a hob, an oven, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a dish-washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, a clothes dryer. The living room has a dining table for 4 persons and a sofa bed. Guests are provided with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning with cooling and heating modes, free parking. The best Costa Blanca beaches and golf courses are within a short distance. This house is the ideal place for a relaxing time out by the sea with the whole family!
