We're a vacation rental agency. The swimming pool it's open from 10:00 to 15:00 and from 17:00 to 22:00. Available from 1 June to 30 September.

Property information

Fantastic apartment on the beachfront, with communal pool, in Grau i Platja. It is a dream to be able to have a delicious Mediterranean breakfast on the beachfront, while watching the calm blue waters and golden sand, and feel the soft breeze and the sound of the waves. Then, you can go down and enjoy a wonderful day at the beach or in the community chlorine pool of the complex, with 14 x 8 m and 0.4 to 1.75 m deep. There is also a playground with swings and a slide on a lawn area, ideal for the little ones. This ninth floor flat, with elevator, features a spacious living-dining room where to eat all together or watch TV with privileged sea views. The renovated kitchen has gas hob, oven and everything you need to cook. Right there, you also have the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. There are two bathrooms with bathtub in the house, as well as four bedrooms with wardrobe, one with a double bed, another two with two single beds and the last one with a twin bed. There is also availability for a cot and a high chair as well as 2 fans. The pool is open from 1st June to 30th September, from 10 am to 3 pm and from 5 pm to 10 pm.

The accommodation is located in Grau i Platja, a magic destination for those who love the good climate, the beach, the pleasant walks and the leisure. The beach is situated at only 10 meters walking from the apartment, the golf course is 24 km away and you also have access to all the necessary services such as bars, restaurants, cafeterias and so on.
