Los Pocillos Apartments complex in Matagorda is located on Calle Malva. The apartment has been recently refurbished it is located on the first floor, access via steps. It consists of a Lounge area, a well-equipped kitchen including a three ring induction hob, electric fan oven, microwave oven/Grill, pop up Toaster and Coffee machine. There is one separate Bedroom which can be made up with either Twin Beds or as a Double Bed. There is one Bathroom with a Walk in Shower, washing Machine etc. In the communal outdoor area you will find a 150 m² pool open all year round, which is lined by sun loungers and parasols. There is also a Tennis Court on the complex Racquets & Balls provided. On your private balcony, which is equipped with a wind out awning, as it is South Facing and gets really hot in the day. There is table and chairs, for you to begin the day with a fresh cup of coffee or round off a long day at the beach with a glass of wine or eat Dinner there with a bottle of Wine.
Playa Pocillos Apartments are situated a short 5 minute walk from the Centre of Matagorda, which you can access via two routes either through the residential town or along the beachfront promenade. In the centre of Matagorda you will find a popular commercial centre complete with shops, a small supermarket and a variety of bars and restaurants. Just 800m from your front door you will find the beautiful sandy beach Playa Matagorda. Here you can swim in the clear water, snorkel and see the colourful fish, or relax and top up your tan on the soft sand. The promenade stretches right through from Puerto del Carmen all the way to Arrecife, making it a beautiful stroll for walkers and a great bike and running route for cyclists and runners. Around a 5 minute walk along the promenade from the centre of Matagorda you will reach an incredible view point where you can watch the planes fly in directly above your head!
