The beach promenade offers 5 different beaches (Playa de La Garita, Playa Hoya Pozuelo, Playa del Hombre, Playa de Melenara and Playa de Salinetas). Each with its own characteristic (for surfers, with an avenue of several good restaurants, places of natural interest such as El Bufadero de La Garita, monument such as La estatua del Neptuno, El Faro y el Muelle de Taliarte). Taking the Melenara crossing at only 17 kilometers you will be in the city, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria or at 40 kilometers in the famous south of the island in Las Dunas de Maspalomas. If you want to see our vertiginous mountains or go hiking to the center of the island, the distance is about 40 kilometers.
