The apartment is fully equipped with appliances and beautifully furnished. The common pool and garden-lawn. Access to the beach is from the pool area (in addition from the main output). Near the complex there is restaurant Casa Blanca. Within walking distance there are restaurants Eclipse, La Cassola, bar Tropic, snack Chisquiribisqui, summer restaurant el Mambo. It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning. As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.

This apartment is situated in the first line of the seashore with beautiful view to Playa Cristal beach, one of the best beaches of Costa Dorada. Playa Cristal is famous for its high quality infrastructure. This beach never gets crowed, even in August. As Miami Playa has many beaches while most dwellings are private houses, the density of tourist is low in the beach. However there are many restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Miami Playa is only 18 minutes drive from grate amusement parks like: Port Aventura attraction park, Costa Caribe water park, Ferrariland attraction park and Aquopolis water park.
