The apartment is in the fishermen's historical neighborhood of Pontevedra called "A Moureira". It is a totally calm and residential neighborhood, with a large part pedestrianised, who has multiple services: bars, restaurants, bakeries, bus stop... etc. The health centre is only 100 m from the flat, the basilica of Santa Maria is also 100 metres away, and the incredible and preserved good old zone of Pontevedra is 100 metres away. The maritime walk is to only 50m. The waterfront is even closer, only 100 meters. The building is totally residential and very calm.
