We are a laid back but efficient couple who moved to Spain from London to enjoy the Spanish lifestyle. We love to meet people from around the world and like to make our home welcoming with a relaxed vibe. We understand the importance of efficient communication which is why from the time of booking and throughout your stay you will always be responsive to any questions or queries you may have. We will also send, prior to your arrival, our welcome book, that provides plenty of information and answers many frequently asked questions, as well as links to google maps for an extensive list of recommendations around the city that you have access to throughout your stay. We look forward to meeting you and sharing our beautiful home with you.

住宿信息

Built in 1902, this listed property has been tastefully decorated incorporating the grand antique doors and furniture, with a modern, contemporary design. One of the few properties in the city of Valencia to have a large front courtyard with greenery for privacy, as well as a large back garden with multiple seating areas, including a 6 seater dining table with multiple nearby plug sockets, 2 sofas on a covered terrace as well as sun chairs and a hammock. There are a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 4 bedrooms are upstairs - 1 with is private ensuite bathroom and balcony, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with single beds. The 5th bedroom is on the ground floor. There are 2 full shared bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one upstairs. The fully equipped kitchen has all amenities to make your meals and has the luxury of a gas hob. Each bedroom has a shelf in the fridge and the dry cupboard allocated to it, for easy organisation of ones groceries. We do not have self check in (you will understand why when you see the beautiful antique doors!) and so it will be arranged that one of us, our one of our house managers, will be on site to greet you upon your arrival, therefore we do ask for communication of your check in time.

In the up and coming neighbourhood of Camins al Grau, on a quiet street with locally run cafes, bars, restaurants and grocery stores on your doorstep. The location is perfectly situated to make the most of the beach and the city life with both a 15 minute cycle away. Street parking is free and unreserved in the area, though being that it is free and in a city it can be busy! A couple of streets away there is a free car park also.
