Welcome to our comfortable, romantic and UNIQUE apartment, for sea lovers! come relax and enjoy nature! You will see the sun rise, gulls, boats, etc., you will hearand smell the sea and you will feel, you will experience storms ... it will be like sailing but being anchored in the port of Perris (magical), contemplating the entire breadth of the Bay of Roses before you and with all the privacy and comfort. Located in the center of the old town, surrounded by pedestrian streets full of shops of all kinds, right on the promenade and a maximum of two minutes from the main beach (the beach). Bedroom with large double bed (1.80cm) and television as well and in the dining room there is a 50-meter TV, stereo, etc., wi-fi, international channels. Air conditioning both in the living room and in the bedroom. Heating. You can smoke on the terrace. Italian opening sofa bed (1.40m) in the living room, and a cot available on request. Rain shower etc. It is not a single environment, there is privacy. Enjoy one of the best sunrises that of the Gulf of Roses, from the terrace! and by the night of the moon. We accept pets but no cats.
At your arrival , I will receive them and sometimes my husband as well. I will contact you from the moment you make the reservation to make your stay the best possible, customizing all the details to your needs and tastes. Upon arrival I will explain how everything works, recommendations, information about the area, I will make sure that everything is perfect and equipped with everything as we would like to find it in ourselves! You can unload your luggage and we offer a closed and guarded garage a 5 minute walk away, Remember that everything you find in the apartment is included in the price and that you will find everything you need and some surprises, therefore they recommend that you come only with your personal things! only beach towels are on request but free. There is also a washer dryer! And especially if you have any questions or special requests, do not hesitate to ask or ask, I like to personalize everything possible so that you feel comfortable, like at home, but on vacation! If you want some extra cleaning during your stay, press or whatever, you just have to tell me but doesn't included in the price. If you want you can ask before booking!
The accommodation is located on the seafront of l'Escala, in a quiet area, in the center of the old town, 2 minutes from the main beach and 30 seconds from the port of Perris. 1.5 km from the ruins of Empuries and near from the entrance of his walk where the Olympic torch arrived in 1992. Surrounded by pedestrian streets with shops of all kinds, farmers market with fruits and vegetables from the area, etc. You will enjoy some beautiful clear water beaches, with typical boats of fishermen and chiringuitos where you can enjoy night and day but upon reaching the apartment only the sound of the sea, seagulls and boats etc ... A ten minute walk away is the Tourist Office of l'Escala-Empúries. On its website "visitlescala" you can find more interesting information about the area, activities to do, parties, etc. During the summer, all the towns in the area celebrate the typical festivities so there are many activities to participate in, a lively atmosphere, fireworks, good gastronomy, among others. If they need it, I can ask myself for a taxi, to reserve a restaurant table, etc. And remember that ALL is included in the price (parking, towels, linens, amenities etc !You'll be very welcome!
