In La Asomada, the spacious house Pure La Asomada impresses guests with its rustic decor and beautiful views of the mountains and the sea. It consists of a lounge-dining room, a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an automatic coffee machine. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (all en suite) and it can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a washing machine and satellite/internet TV. In the private outdoor area, you'll find a garden, terraces (open and covered), a heated swimming pool and an outdoor shower. The pool, which is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and offers fantastic views of the beautiful landscape, invites you to cool down on the hottest summer days, and the terrace is the perfect place to relax in the shade with a good book. The highlight of the house is, without a doubt, its privacy and space, which promise you hours of relaxation and privacy. There is also a pool table ideal for a game of pool before lunch. Some restaurants and the nearest supermarket are 4 minutes away by car, and a 9 minute drive away you will find the centre of Puerto del Carmen, which offers a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. Puerto Calero with its marina and recreational area as well as some very fine restaurants are a 10-minute drive away. Here you can also spend the day on one of the beautiful beaches, such as Playa Blanca or Playa Chica, or visit the impressive harbour. Furthermore, the airport of Lanzarote is only 11 minutes away by car (11.1 km). There are 3 parking spaces available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
