The location was perfect, right in the city center, making exploring easy. The apartment was cozy, clean, and well-maintained, with a homely feel. Great customer service added to the experience. I liked the smart automated entrance is. Brilliant! It was super efficient so we all three could come and go at any time without having to worry about keys. My only suggestion is to add a hairdryer for added convenience. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Bilbao!
