Lovely new apartment within walking distance to the Mar Menor beaches and the city center of Los Alcazares. Set within a private residential complex of ten apartments with a shared swimming pool for residents only. On the main floor there is a glazed terrace that invites you to enjoy lovely moments. Entering the property we find a spacious living room, a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two twin beds, and you will find another single bed in the living room. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. You will also find a complete bathroom with a hydromassage shower and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob and coffee maker among other amenities. This kitchen has access to the upper floor which has a wonderful private solarium equipped with hammocks, a set of outdoor table and chairs and barbecue. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, private parking within the complex, a TV equipped with a Chromecast, and a washing machine and dryer in the laundry room. Bed linens and towels are included in the price, and pets are welcome (food and water bowl available!).
Its ideal location allows you to reach stores, restaurants, bars, cafes and the famous beach bars of the Mar Menor in just 10 minutes on foot. Although Los Alcazares offers all kinds of leisure activities, there is also easy access to La Manga (20min) and the regional park of Calblanque (20min), or to nearby cities such as Cartagena (15min) or Murcia (30min) where you will find shopping centers and other sightseeing activities. Experience relaxation and absolute peace in this property, which will make you forget the stress of your everyday life!
