Property information

This beautiful 4 bedroom/3 bathroom single family townhouse located in the centre of Sitges very near the beach is just perfect for families or larger groups! The house is decorated with care and charm and makes one feel just like they were in their own home! The living room is large and welcoming and provides ample, comfortable space to accommodate larger groups and offers a state of art 75" Smart TV with streaming services. Directly off the living the room is a partially enclosed porch area equipped with a gas BBQ and exterior seating to enjoy meals outside. There is also a courtesy bathroom on this level. Additionally there is a separate large and well-equipped kitchen with the latest in state of the art appliances. On the bedroom level, there are FOUR well distributed double bedrooms, two on each side of the house. There are also two additional full bathrooms on this level, both with built-in showers. Additionally, there is a glass-enclosed reading gallery which has a sofa bed that can accommodate a 9th person if necessary. This room is very bright with natural light and perfect for relaxing.

Neighbourhood information

One of the most attractive features of this charming house, is the rooftop terrace level which offers 50 M2 (500 Sq. Feet) of wide open terrace with views of the town of Sitges and sunlight all day. It is equipped with exterior furniture to relax outside, sun lounges and most importantly a private jacuzzi/hot tub for use of our guests (there is small one time fee to use the jacuzzi during the entire stay, primarily to cover the cost of heating and maintaining the higiene of the water). Sitges Spaces Beach House is the perfect choice for those guest looking for large accommodation without sacrificing location as it´s ideally situated in the centre of town with quick access to the all the beaches and local commerce in just a few short minutes walking from the house!
