Entering the apartment immediately fall to the generous high ceilings. In the complete surface of natural stone floor was laid. The two bedrooms are quiet to a patio. The two bathrooms are behind the bedrooms and one with bath and one with shower. The spacious living and dining room has a large terrace door and a large sliding window from the one already sees the sensational sea views. The furniture is very high quality and comfortable and offer a generous space for 6 people. From the living room, enters the kitchen. This is large and fully equipped. Here you can not only prepare breakfast, but also cook properly. From the living room leads out through the sliding door to the ca 80 sqm terrace.
The apartment is located on the southern tip of El Cotillo, directly first line to the sea. The house is perfectly aligned to the south and thus not only sunny but also very sheltered. From the large terrace and of course from the apartment you can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea, the volcanic mountains and the Castillo. The large beaches (for water very suitable) are right outside the door that family joyful union lagoons are within 300 meters in approx. The small apartment complex stands out not only by the incredible seaside location, but also by the modern, high-quality architecture. The fantastic fish restaurants are nearby. From the street one enters directly the apartment and has on the other side the unspoilt orientation to the sea and the hinterland with the volcanic mountains.
