Property information

A spacious and well-equipped family-friendly apartment in a coastal village enjoyed by Tenerife locals. Features private underground parking, fast WiFi, three laptop-friendly working spaces, outdoor dining, and a smart TV-equipped children's playroom - you'll be able to pack light, especially if travelling with children. There is a large, open-plan living area, dining and kitchen with access to a terrace with an additional dining table and chair. The four bedrooms include a master bedroom with king size bed, dressing room and en-suite, double bedroom, twin room and a children's playroom with double sofa bed. There are in total three full bathrooms in the apartment. Located just a few steps from Radazul beach, from where you can swim, snorkel, dive, sail, fish, SUP, and jet ski. Enjoy stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean from nearly every room.

Neighbourhood information

Radazul is the place for water sports and activities such as sailing, fishing, diving, snorkelling, SUP, jet skiing and more. You can also enjoy open-water swimming 365 days a year in Radazul! Directly below the apartment is Radazul beach, with sandy areas and steps that lead you directly into the ocean for a refreshing swim. From the apartment, you can walk to the Radazul marina, where you will find a pharmacy, an Italian restaurant with fantastic views of the marina (which also delivers pizza) and a number of seasonal bars and restaurants. There is a mini-market 100m away where you can buy snacks and cold drinks. A short stroll (500m) away is Parque de Guadamojete, a large park with outdoor exercise equipment and plenty of room to work out. There is also a children's playground. Near Parque de Guadamojete is a gorgeous crescent moon-shaped black sand beach called Playa La Nea, which has its own beach bar. We recommend getting a spot at the far left end of the beach, where is the sand is finer, the ocean is calmer and the sun shines for longer in the evenings. The village centre has a small shopping centre with a SuperDino supermarket and various cafés and restaurants.
