The place is beautiful, pool are quite and relaxing. Location is brilliant, no big parties, food is brilliant and more than enough choices for everyone. Cleaning staff 10*. Receptionist 10*. Pool bar 9*. If you are looking for the calm holidays then it's the right place for you.

I loved that this was a small and quiet resort. You can walk around the entire grounds in less than 5 mins. There is no evening entertainment or children's entertainment during the day in or around the pool / public areas and the music around the pool during the day isn't intrusive, which was perfect for me. Simply put it is a very peaceful and quiet resort and perfect for relaxing in. The resort is nicely laid out with beautiful gardens. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly on every occasion I interacted with them. My room was cleaned every day.

All inclusive cocktails made by staff rather than from a machine. Staff were generally lovely. Plenty of sunbeds Freshly squeezed orange juice Coffee from machine good. Rooms cleaned daily.

The Staff at Jardin Dorado was exceptionally amazing, they have definitely made my stay special , Maxi and Joana at the reception were so attentive, kind and friendly, Milly at the restaurant-beautiful smile , excellent customer service , Isabel- bar staff truly made our stay extra special remembering that on the 25 th was my birthday and greeting me with a huge smile and a hug . All about the accommodation was brilliant , public transport nearby, easy to use and cheap, free shuttle provided by the hotel to the main beaches . We will definitely return. Thank you to all that have made our stay so special

We liked the green oasis, plants and design of hotel, the buffet was nice and enjoyable. The location is distanced from city center, but shuttle buses are provided. Good hotel for ones who prefers quite stay.

Literally everything. Best out of 4 trips since June 2022. Malaga, Maspalomas, Mallorca, and then Maspalomas again this time absolutely PERFECT. From even before I arrived staff communication was polite and professional. On arrival receptionist was so helpful with check-in. All personnel so professional, polite and efficient. My bungalow was beautiful. So clean, comfortable and perfectly laid out. The food was sumptuous, evening entertainment was ENTERTAINING, and the setting/general design of the resort top tier. I am almost afraid to praise this resort too much in case everyone hears about how great it it and there's a risk it's not available again when I want to return with my entire family !

The pool area was lovely but the pool itself was always very cold - maybe we should have expected this for January! Rooms were comfy, spacious and clean although all rooms are two single beds pushed together - not an actual double. Breakfast was okay, some mornings hot food was not that fresh. Location was good - we could walk to the beautiful beach near Meloneras in about 30 mins and Playa del Ingles in about 30 mins too.
