Suites Las Vistas by Menorca Vacations is situated in Son Bou, 300 metres from Son Bou Beach and features air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, as well as access to an outdoor shared swimming pool and a sun terrace. The apartment provides guests with a balcony, sea views, a seating area, satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, and a private bathroom with shower and a hairdryer. A fridge, an oven and stovetop are also available, as well as a kettle and a coffee machine. Hiking can be enjoyed nearby. Suites Las Vistas is located 1 kilometer from the beach at the top of a slope. They do not have easy access since they have stairs to enter.

From our smaller apartments to the large luxury houses, all our properties have to meet our high quality standards, which give us the chance to offer the best product in the area, complemented with a personalized quality service, resulting in the best holiday experience of our guests.

Suite Las Vistas is the first step of our project that aims to offer a new kind of luxury property. Orientated to couples who search to enjoy of a PREMIUM home, but do not need to rent a full 5 bedroom house. Las Vistas offers our guests a private and unique enviroment, where contemplating the sunset from the terrace is a spectacular and unrepeatable expercience. The apartment has been totally refurbished and designed with a fresh and modern style. With comfortable doublebed bedrooms, air conditioning, flat TV screens, open wardrobes and panel windows with sea views. The common area is a large and unique space, with lounge with a big flat tv screen (40"), videoconsole and international channels. The kitchen is open style with a bar-dining area, and is totally equipped, including bottle rack, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.

Son Bou is the longest beach in Menorca, with more than 3 km of fine white sand. It has the distinctive Blue Flag, which stands out for the quality of the waters and complementary services. In addition, it has an ANEI (Natural Area of Special Interest), known internationally by experts in bird watching, as it is a stop for thousands of migratory birds. The Son Bou area offers a wide variety of restaurants, which mostly offer Mediterranean cuisine. It also has some bars, some themed like the Hawaiian, the Buddha, etc. Other important services in the area are a pharmacy, medical assistance, supermarkets, ATMs, etc. In short, Son Bou is an ideal destination for a family holiday.
