This beautiful air-conditioned apartment for 4 people on the 7th floor is located in the Residencial Sunset Drive complex in Benidorm, in the Playa Poniente area, very close to the beach. Fully furnished and fully equipped apartment of 100 m2 ( Apartment ) + 20 m2 ( Terrace ) total 120 m2 offers an open kitchen and living room with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV and Sat. From the kitchen there is access to a practical laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. There are 2 bedrooms with 1 x 2 and 2 x 1 beds and 2 bathrooms with shower + shower. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and direct access to a fully furnished terrace. From here you will have a wonderful view of Benidorm and Poniente Beach. Sunset Drive consists of a total of 264 apartments up to 24 floors high. On the ground floor you will find several business spaces, underground and outdoor parking and a huge common area of 13,000 m2 with 3 swimming pools one of which is heated, heated whirlpools, dry and wet bars, gym, Finnish sauna, hamman & jacuzzi, cinema. Children have their own swimming pool with a pond with water games, several playgrounds with slides and swings, as well as a small cinema. Sports lovers can practice their favourite activities in the gym with a Finnish sauna, a heated swimming pool and a number of other areas for tennis, paddle tennis, table tennis, multisports, curling, bowling, basketball and football. Residencial Sunset Drive Benidorm is the perfect place to enjoy the style of pure Mediterranean life. All the amenities of this residential complex are fully at your disposal. Sunset Drive is located in the heart of Benidorm, the European tourism capital, in the middle of Poniente Beach, connected to the rest of the city, and between the bustling 2km long seafront promenade.
