I can't fault these apartments. I had a great room which had natural light from a courtyard on level 02. It was quiet, safe, and exceptionally clean. There are enough utensils to cook proper meals. The location is 10 mins from the bus/train station, and right by the cathedral. The bed was one of the most comfortable in 5 months of my travels! I strongly recommend.

The apartment is just like in the pictures. Very modern and clean. In the middle of the old town. Great location. About 10 minutes walk to La Caleta Beach. The beach I preferred Santa Maria was also only about 15 minutes of a walk. The train station is five to ten minutes walk. It feels very safe. I stayed alone as a female and was never worried. There are plenty of towels provided and I even got fresh ones brought although I didn’t need them. Great shower and very comfy bed! WiFi worked great for me. Also very modern and well working AC. Front camera to see who’s outside main door. Apartment and main door access with code. I liked that they had a single occupancy price, as all other apartments I saw didn’t have that.

Location is perfect, very clean, newly furnished apartment. Top roof terrace with sunbeds (no view). Comfy beds. Rather quiet although in the old town, near to busy streets.

It's a really nice place, well located and have pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay. We've only stayed for one day so we didn't really spent much time in the room. Bed was really comfortable. What I liked the most about it, it was the short interactions with the staff though. Dario with who I spoke over the phone has excellent people skills including active listening skills and responding in a kind way. In my experience is rare to find someone with these kind of skills that are essential for effective communication, so hats off to Dario!Also, one of the staff members that we've found in the common area of the flat, she was very kind and keen to help, unfortunately I didn't ask for her name. There is no reception but in the morning there are some staff members around for cleaning etc.
