This beautiful and modern apartment is the perfect home for those who love the coast. Because at any moment, you can grab your essentials and head to the beach located some steps away, and then sunbathe on the sand and take a cool and nice dip in the Mediterranean sea. This first-floor apartment with elevator emanates pure modernity and comfort. The living - dining room and the kitchen share the same space, equipped with AC. Here, you can cook your best dishes on the stylish kitchen induction top, sit around the fantastic dining table and then rest on the sofa while watching TV. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in the kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms -with a closet and ceiling fan each-; one has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath; another has a bunk bed; and the last one has twin beds. The first and the last bedrooms also feature AC. In addition, there are 2 electric radiators available as well as a baby cot and a high-chair. The two additional guests can sleep on the sofa bed at the living room. Finally, there's another bathroom in the house, with a shower.

The accommodation is located in Grau i Platja, only 550 metres from the great beach of Gandía. In the area you'll find all the needed services for a fabulous vacation like bars, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, supermarkets, shops, etc. An alternative could be practising golf in the nearest course which only is 3.6 km away.
