Marta was such a lovely person and couldn't do enough for us. Such an interesting story how she built this place on the site of an old family home and uses all local ingredients and suppliers. It's such a special experience. Dinner was delicious and she even provided a laundry service and sold us bread for our walk the next day. Absolutely beautiful rooms where every detail has been thought about. Gorgeous views of the mountains from the glass dining room. Absolutely recommended.

Everything. Marta and Romain the owners were wonderful- their one aim was to give you the best possible stay. The food was incredible, breakfast bountiful and high quality. Evening meals gourmet. Lots of advice on where to visit. Hotel itself recently built from existing stone of previous building- in keeping with its surroundings- but inside very modern and beautifully designed with glass balconies. Underfloor heating/ cooling. Beautiful swimming pool. The couple had designed it themselves and had thought of everything. But the best thing about it was the owners who took such a pride in making their hotel/ home so welcoming.

We stayed in a lot of different hotels during our 2021 spanish roadtrip but Hotel Tierra Buxo was definitely the best of them! Why is that? The hotel is perfectly located (charming, authentic aragonese village), they serve delicious breakfasts (everything local or home made, all top quality) and even better dinners (so talented! I had the best cod in my life! and the wine pairing is simply excellent and won't ruin your budget!), everything is impeccably clean and the views are amazing! But I think the most important "success factor" are the owners: Marta & Romain - who are both super professional and make you feel at home! Their authentic hospitality (just beyond comparison) is what makes this place so special!

Marta & Roman are charming hosts. The newly constructed building is superb and it is furnished and lit really well. Easy parking right outside and clean and comfortable room. Dinner is selected by Roman and was simple and delicious. Fresh green beans in Spain!! In short, one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at!

Pour le petit déjeuner, notre hôte nous a proposé un buffet. Mais quel buffet ! viennoiseries, pains variés, confitures et nutella maison, fruits, charcuterie, fromage et j'en passe. Avec des produits locaux de qualité. Le dîner pris dans un cadre idéal était parfait. Nous avons découvert de nouvelles saveurs, bravo à la cuisinière. L'établissement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, digne d'un magazine de décoration. Contemporain, déco scandinave, couleur douce et agréable. Cadre très reposant avec vue sur la montagne et le village entouré de champs. Cet établissement a beaucoup de charme. Quant à notre hôte Marta, personne très attachante et particulièrement accueillante et attentionnée.
