Spectacular 3-storey luxury villa in the high standing residential area of Son Verí Nou, located in the coastal area of Llucmajor. This exclusive house has domotic control, views of the village and the sea and can comfortably accommodate 10 people. In this property there is 1 salt swimming pool of 12,5 x 3,5 m with a depth of 0,70 m to 1,85 m. Around the pool there is a shower, a mobile barbecue, so you can cook your best dishes while you enjoy the company of the outdoors, and 8 sun loungers to relax and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. In total, this magnificent house has 1 paved area of 40 m2 and a lawn area of 90 m2. In the lounge you can relax watching satellite TV (satellite TV is only available in the main lounge), a DVD movie or a good read. To the left of the living room is the separate, furnished dining room, which also offers views to the outside and is the ideal place to share meals and dinners with family and friends. To the left of the dining room you will find the magnificent kitchen with television. This also offers direct access to the porch and has everything you need to prepare your best dishes, including both gas and ceramic hobs. The laundry area is independent and has at your disposal 1 washing machine, 1 dryer and 1 ironing board. If you go up to P1 you will find a fantastic and very complete library where you can read any of the books at your disposal. In this property there are a total of 5 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 1 toilet.

Neighbourhood information

This fantastic villa is located 50 meters from the rocky coastal area of Son Veri from where you can appreciate the fantastic views over the bay of Palma. This area offers a lot of peace and tranquility. If you prefer a fine white sand virgin beach, about 40 km away there is the beach of Es Trenc; the trip is worth it. At the same time, this property is located less than 20km from the city of Palma, where you have all kinds of stores for shopping, restaurants and cultural visits. One of the most recommended visits is the one to the Cathedral of Palma and the old town. The cathedral is impressive and is the only one within Gothic style which is located on the seafront, and it is also the one that has the largest rosette within the same style.
