Villa Alegría is a magnificent property located in the south of the island of Lanzarote. It is perfectly equipped and has four bedrooms with a total capacity for 8 people. The living room and dining room overlook the pool area. The furniture is of high quality and is very well preserved. Villa Alegria has air conditioning / heating, international TV channels and DVD player. The apartment has Air Conditioning, works with coins (not included in the price) The kitchen is fully equipped with: fridge / freezer, oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, kitchen utensils, dishwasher and toaster. In the garden area there is a heated pool without additional cost between the months of November and May (other seasons have an additional cost). Pool heats between 26ºC-28ºC maximum and you will have to cover during the night. You will also have special towels for exclusive use in the pool area.
