In Cala d'Or, in the south of the popular Mediterranean island of Mallorca, you will find the 3-storey Villa Beatriz. Its contemporary construction and the luxurious comfort of its interior will enchant any visitor: the holiday home has a light-flooded living/dining room, a well-equipped modern kitchen with a dining table, 4 bedrooms (2 with a king-size bed and 2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 4 bathrooms. Please note this property can only accommodate a maximum of 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a baby bed and a high chair. The exterior of Villa Beatriz, surrounded by hedges, offers everything your heart desires. Take your freshly grilled meals on the covered terrace, swim in the 24.5 m² pool and then relax on the sun loungers located on the wooden terrace surrounding the pool. The outdoor showers provide extra refreshment and the large lawn around the house invites kids to play. From the balcony and the terrace on the upper floor you also have a wonderful view of the mountains and the surrounding area. You will find the closest supermarket one kilometre away and a restaurant after 280 m. Those who long for a stay at a bathing bay will reach the sandy beach Caló d'es Pou after 13 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car. Beachgoers can expect turquoise blue, crystal clear water. Parking is available on the street. Guests need to pay a tourist tax according to local regulations. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for cribs.
