The property has 2 independent apartments: In the basement, the guest will find a kitchen (with a fridge, kettle, toaster and egg boiler, no oven or hob facilities), a double bed bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor, there are 3 Bedrooms, a Kitchen-dining room, a living room and 2 bathrooms. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, portable heaters and fans, a washing machine, a game console as well as a TV. In addition, a table tennis table is available for your use. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a heated pool, a jacuzzi, a garden, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The covered terrace is furnished with a table and chairs and also features a comfortable lounge area. An open terrace, furnished with a table, chairs and sun loungers is also available for your use. Spend the afternoon on one of the sun loungers with a good book, take a relaxing bath in the jacuzzi and end the day with specialities from your own barbecue. Children can enjoy a recreation area which includes table tennis, basketball, badminton , seating area and drinks cooler. Free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is currently not available. The property has a step-free interior. Parties and groups of young people under 25 are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
