'Casa MareTerra' is a 3 bedrooms, 2,5 bathrooms design space with an indoor-outdoor layout that features a functional open-plan living room and a spacious, sunny terrace with a dining table, barbecue and chill-out area where you can unwind after a day at the beach surfing. 'Casa MareTerra' has been entirely designed and decorated by ‘Noogar Interior Design’ with the purpose of creating an inviting, contemporary living space that uses the language of earthy tones to convey a calming and peaceful atmosphere. You will feel a nurturing, minimalist and warm vibe throughout the space that wants to reflect the island's landscapes through desert tones, wood, original paintings, natural fabrics and custom-designed furniture. An utterly cosy and embracing space that is able to recharge and ground one's spirit. Spacious and interconnected, the ground floor offers a seamless flow from room to room. From the small entrance patio with cacti for your beach items, step into the entrance hall. To the right, the living space and terrace await, while the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom lies to the left. The living area features an open-plan layout with a comfortable sofa, bespoke dining table, work area, fully equipped kitchen, and small toilet. The terrace, accessible from both the living room and master bedroom, is a sunny oasis with a wooden dining table, barbecue, ample sofa, loungers, and a hanging chair. The master bedroom exudes a cozy atmosphere with a spa-like en-suite bathroom boasting dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Walking up the wooden staircase to the first floor, you'll find two double bedrooms (The Yellow Room and the Cosmopolitan Room) and a bathroom with a shower and window. The Cosmopolitan Room offers access to a petite terrace.

La Capellanía is a quiet residential area that will conveniently give you access by car to Corralejo (7 minutes) Lajares (9 minutes) Villaverde (10 minutes) El Cotillo (16 miutes). There is a SuperDino supermarket in La Capellanía, open every day (a 9 minutes walk or 2 minutes by car). 'Casa Pablo' coffee and restaurant is open from 10AM-10PM from Monday to Saturday, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. As part of the private, gated residential complex of 'Pueblo Canario' our villa will give you access to the residents-only swimming pool. Getting around: Renting a car is a must in Fuerteventura if you plan on exploring the island. Parking is free right in front of the Villa and you will always find a spot. Additionally, there is a frequent bus service available that can take you to various destinations.
