The accommodation can be occupied on the day of arrival from about 15:00. On the day of departure, we ask that you leave the accommodation by 10:00 a.m. in a swept clean condition, including cleaned dishes and removed garbage. On request, other arrival and departure times can be arranged. On arrival we ask for a deposit, this will be returned on the day of departure, after an inspection of the vacation home. The additional costs for heating will be charged on site, (depending on heating usage).
We have extensively modernized for you, the new and cozy bedroom, a new comfortable and large sofa and all rounded off with warm wall colors. SOLAR ENERGY Installed ! Take a vacation and protect the environment ! Our beautiful vacation home is located 10 minutes from the sea in a village between Conil and Chiclana. The village offers you a small supermarket, a pharmacy and several typical spanish pubs with good and cheap food. Villa de Limones offers you everything you need for a carefree vacation. Our highlight is the 40sqm sun terrace with five comfortable garden chairs and two sunbeds. Of course you can also barbecue here to your heart's content. 1500sqm garden and the pool are regularly maintained. For our youngest guests we have an exciting children's playground. At the campfire place there is a possibility to spend sociable evenings. You have your own parking space on the property. We live on the same property, so we are available for you any time, also we have plenty of insider tips.
