The property is distributed on three floors with air-conditioning in all bedrooms: Ground Floor: lounge/dining room/kitchen with access to exterior porch. First Floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 shower room. Second Floor: 1 king-size bedroom with spectacular sea views from a private balcony and en-suite shower room. Please note that the house is located in a tourist resort with hotels nearby and during the summer season hotel entertainment music may be heard.
