Villa surrounded by hundreds of palm trees. The property is located in a former palm tree plantation. The large garden (1.600 m2), pool and several terraces make this villa the ideal vacation home. 3 bedrooms. Best possible location and very quiet. Walking distance to the beach and Puerto Banus. The large garden is ideal for families or travellers who are looking for an oasis of tranquillity. Tennis & Paddle courts are in walking distance. The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedroom 2 can be set up as a queen bed or as 2 twin beds, bedroom 3 has a bunk bed, ideal for children (this bedroom is only accessible via bedroom 1 or bedroom 2). The master bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. The second bathroom has a shower. The entire property (villa, garden, pool) is yours and yours alone. This property is professionally managed. The gardener comes for 30 min. in the morning (every day from Monday to Saturday). If you want more privacy then please let us know so we can adapt to your preferences. The lawn will be mowed once a week and this takes ca. 1h. Cleaning is not included in the rental (except the check out cleaning). If you require a cleaner then we are happy to arrange this for you at 20 EUR/h + 5 EUR for the cleaning products. The cleaning company usually sends 2 cleaners to clean the house for 2h at a cost of 85 EUR. Please let us know if you want the cleaning service.
