Attention to detail is amazing, the kitchen has everything you need and more, it's a very well thought out property. All the rooms are a good size and comfortable. The pool and outside spaces have plenty of different sitting areas.

Villa Patricia is a completely detached villa located near the beautiful Papagayo beaches and the Marina Rubicon marina, where you will find many restaurants and shops. The large terrace is surrounded by a wall and cannot be seen. The private pool is 7x4 metres and is heated from November to April. On the terrace you will find a comfortable lounge bed, 3 sun loungers with soft cushions, a garden lounge, a parasol and a seating area. Our guests receive bath towels for the terrace. The villa has free Wi-Fi and a SmartTV with international channels and a Bluetooth soundbar. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, Nespresso machine, food processor, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, and everything you need to cook. In the adjoining room you will find a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. On the terrace you will find a fireplace grill. In the villa you will find 2 luxury bathrooms with WC, walk-in showers with rain shower heads, storage shelves and a hairdryer in each bathroom. Towels and bed linen are included. Please bring your own beach towels. The 3 bedrooms are furnished with one king-size and two queen-size beds and there is a large wardrobe in each bedroom. The nearest supermarket is 650m away and the nearest restaurant 1.1km. The marina Marina Rubicon, with many restaurants and shops, is 1.6km away. The beautiful Pagagayo beaches are 2.3km away and the centre of Playa Blanca is 3km away. Guests receive a welcome pack with wine, coffee, fruit juice, water, pastries.
