Charming villa with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms in Binibeca. Air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Outside, covered terrace with two areas, one for dining and the other for relaxing. Private swimming pool with sun loungers. Barbecue to enjoy meals outdoors. Parking area within the plot. More information: - Bedroom 1: double bed, AC, main floor. - Bedroom 2: twin beds, AC, main floor - Bedroom 3: two single beds, AC, main floor -Pool dimensions: 8x4 mts. Maximum depth 1.8 mts. Family friendly: first cot and hightchair for free. The next couple or separately has an extra cost . Please note that some of the furnishings, decoration or elements such as flooring or tiles may be replaced each season for a better guest experience without altering the functionality of the villa. We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Neighbourhood information

Binibeca is a perfect area in every way. Although it is a tourist area, it also offers calm and tranquillity. Perfect for tourism with family or friends, you will find all the facilities to enjoy a wonderful holiday. There are restaurants, bars, supermarket, diving centre, kayak, paddle surf and bicycle rental. Just two kilometres from the Splash Sur Menorca water park. You can visit the charming fishing village to take some beautiful pictures. As a very different experience, you can visit the Binifadet winery located in the village of Sant Luis, just 5 kilometres from Binibeca. As a curiosity, don't forget to try their wine gummies.
