With the benefit over 20 years experience working in the holiday industry, we work in partnership with Villa owners to provide high quality holiday villas at competitive prices. Allowing you to book in confidence with an office based on site, and the knowledge that all of our rental villas meet with the stringent guidelines set out in the recently introduced Catalan Government Tourist Laws. There is added security of paying for your rental by credit card. We specialise in luxury family villas in the L'Ametlla de Mar region of the Costa Dorada. Allowing you to explore the villas fully and choose the perfect family holiday villa we have a Virtual Tour facility of our family villas. All of our rental prices are inclusive of the government Tourist tax, all bills, use of the air-conditioning, WIFI internet.

Beautifully presented luxury fully air-conditioned 4 bedroom villa. This outstanding villa is decorated and furnished to an extremely high standard offering a truly luxurious holiday location. The private swimming pool is set in fabulous Mediterranean gardens, offering a selection of shaded and sunny terraces. 4 large bedrooms, 2 of which have their own private balconies offering magnificent views, 3 luxury bathrooms (1 of which is en-suite to the master bedroom), a high quality modern fully fitted kitchen, a large open-plan lounge and dining area offering direct access to the beautiful garden, private swimming pool, barbecue house, and large sun-terrace with stunning views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. The villa offers an ideal location for a relaxing holiday, only a 5 minute walk from a popular family restaurant and childrens' park. Addiitonally there is a supermaket and bakery within a 20minute walk. The local town of L'Ametlla de Mar is only 5minutes way by car. *Free Wifi Internet access available*

Villa Preciosa is located in a quiet residential area, less than a 5minute walk to a lovely children's park, and approx. a 20 minute walk to small supermarket, a couple of Tapas bars, a family restaurant with childrens play area, and a bakery. There are three lovely sandy beaches in Las Tres Calas itself all within a 5 minute drive of the villa and many more secluded coves and beached along the immediate coastline. The villa offers and ideal holiday location for a relaxing holiday, yet is within easy reach of the beaches and many local tourist attractions. The coastline in this area is among the most beautiful and unspoilt in the Mediterranean, there are 3 lovely sandy coves to chose from in Las Tres Calas itself and there are many more secluded beaches along the coastal road between Las Tres Calas and L’Ametlla de Mar. L'Ametlla de Mar is a popular destination for couples and families who return year after year to soak up the atmosphere of this charming town. An ideal location for a relaxing drink in the sunshine, or on a warm evening in one of the Tapas bars on the harbour, where you can watch the catch of the day being reeled in.
